       2.1 Installation & Power On

       Place the machine in a suitable location,connect the power cable to 220V AC supply.

       2.2 The console connects to the machine.

       ①、Connect the power cable of the control console monitor to the 220V power supply.
       ②、Connect the signal cable of the control console monitor to the No.1 computer host
       ③、Connect the internal computer cables.

       2.3 First, turn on the switch of the device, then press the start button briefly, and the machine will turn on.

       2.4 After booting, it will automatically enter the game playback system. If you do not enter the game playback system, please open the desktop (player.exe).

       Enter the playback system, select the video, confirm the number of players, select the corresponding number of seats, and click OK.Start a VR gaming experience.

       Please put on your glasses and look straight ahead before playing the game, otherwise it will affect your experience.
       Exit: Press Alt+F4 to exit the game player software, press the Esc key during the game, or click on the top right corner of the screen to end the playback.

       2.5 Player Functions

       Click on Settings, and enter your password to display the settings content.

       In the video management, you can modify the name, change the category, and change the recommendation index. If you want to adjust other settings, please contact the relevant professionals.

       The playback settings are technical parameters that must be set under the guidance of professionals to avoid errors that may cause the device to malfunction.

       Playback statistics, which are used to count the number of times a device is played, making it convenient for accounting and statistics.

（三）、Common problems and solutions

      To avoid deleting the necessary files of the game by mistake, please do not install security software such as 360 Guard QQ Computer Butler *

      3.1 Viewing angle shift Solution:

      In the game, if the field of vision is not in the positive direction, please put the helmet on and press the glasses switch, the glasses screen will turn black, do not move
Move the glasses, press the glasses switch again, wait for the object to light up on the screen, the screen direction will be correct, and then start the game will be normal. (suitable for all Dapeng glasses).

      3.2 After the dynamic platform and the main control platform are turned on, open the player and see that the seat is in offline mode. Solution:

      ①、Check whether the network cable is plugged in on the dynamic platform and the main control platform, and plug the network cable in again;

      ②、Check whether the computer is turned on normally through the dynamic platform glasses. If the glasses light is on and the inside of the headset is indeed black, you need to press and hold the tour.Release the machine switch button for 10 seconds, and turn it on after 10 seconds, then the game console can be turned on normally.

      ③、Use TeamViewer to check whether the main playback program of the dynamic platform is running: Open the TeamViewer icon on the desktop, select the partner ID of the offline machine (the IP of the four computers are: 192.168.15.101/102/103/104), enter the Internet Protocol Address of the offline seat in the partner ID, click Connect, and a password window will pop up. Enter the password: 123456, and confirm whether the MAIN program controlled by the TeamViewer computer is booted up in the Task Manager.

      ④、Confirm that the computer can start normally, switch to the offline computer with the switcher, and confirm whether the MAIN program is started in the Task Manager. Then check the Internet Protocol Address settings.

      Steps: Open the network icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop and click Network and Internet settings.

      Select Network and Internet settings, Ethernet, Network and Sharing Center, Details, and you can see the local machine’s Internet Protocol Address.

      The Internet Protocol Address is incorrect. After opening the local Ethernet connection, select Properties (P) – Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP-IPv4), double-click to open it, and set the correct IP.

      3.3 The screen has an image, but the VR glasses show a black screen. Solution:

      ①、Check the connection status of the Dapeng Assistant device and verify if the connection cable is loose. Reconnect or replace the data cable.

      ②、Use TeamViewer to select IP control for this seat or use the switcher to switch to this position to check the SteamVR status. The image shows a normal state.

      3.4 The platform tilts in standby mode.
      Solution: Open the god_player player and press the Shift+F8 keys on the keyboard to reset it.

      3.5 No sound
      Solution: Check the volume adjustment in the lower-right corner of the computer desktop and adjust it to the maximum volume. Check if the cable is loose and unplug and reconnect the audio cable.

       3.6 VR glasses directional calibration
       ①、Open steamVR

       ②、Place the VR glasses properly and align them with the direction of the seat.

       3.7 The seat does not move during the game.

       ①、Check the state of the emergency stop switch (rotate clockwise to eject the switch and power on the device).

       ②、Check whether the state of the servo drive and control card is normal.

       ③、Check whether the Internet Protocol Address of the local connection is correct, and whether the communication between the control card is normal. Open the keyboard in the lower left corner.Enter CMD, press enter and enter the pop-up window: ping 192.168.15.201 (press space after ping). (Note: The IP in the picture below is 192.168.15.101)

       The information shown in the picture indicates that the network communication is normal.

       3.8 VR glasses correction

       ①、After the glasses are placed in line with the direction of the seat, click to calibrate the center point.

       ②、Set the height and click to calibrate the ground.

       ③、Click Next to complete the setup.

       3.9 Turn on the game, but there is no picture on the glasses.

       ①、First, restart the computer and test whether the glasses still have no picture.

       ②、If restarting doesn’t solve the problem, you need to open Dangpeng Assistant and operate as follows.

       ③、If the device is normal, it will show the words “Connected”. If it shows “Not connected”, please check if the connection cable is loose or damaged, and contact the customer service.
