     Q2: What is the requirement for OEM customization?

     A: It depends on product type and customization scope. Generally, we have basic MOQ requirements for branded OEM. For ODM structural or software customization, we will evaluate project cost and production cycle separately.

     Q3: Do your equipment support parameter customization?

     A: Of course, if your client has specific needs, we can customize the computer, helmet, and other parameters according to their requirements!

     Q4: How long does custom project take?

     A: Standard logo/color/language customization: 3–7 working days.
Structural, software or full project customization: 15-35 working days, depending on design complexity and production schedule.

     Q5: What shipping methods do you provide?

     A: We support:Sea Freight (most cost-effective for bulk orders)；Air Freight (fast for urgent small orders)；Express Delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT, for samples)；Door-to-Door DDP / DDU service (we can arrange full logistics).

     Q6: What is the production and delivery time?

     A: Standard machines: 3–10 working days after deposit received.
Customized / bulk orders: 10–30 working days, exact date confirmed in order contract.

     Q7: Which ports do you ship from?

     A: Main ports: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, China. We can also arrange shipment from other ports according to your logistics plan.

     Q8: Do you provide packing service?

     A: Yes. All products use plywood case export standard packaging, waterproof, shockproof and collision-proof, safe for long-distance international transportation.

     Q9: Do your VR products have necessary certifications for export?

     A: Yes. Our commercial VR equipment complies with international export standards. We can provide CE for European, American, Middle Eastern and other market customs clearance and sales compliance.
