     Q1: Where is your company located? Can I visit your factory to experience and inspect the goods in person?
      A: Our company is located in Guangzhou, China. Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory at any time that is convenient for you. Please make an appointment in advance before your visit, and I will arrange for a driver to pick you up.

     Q2: Are you a real manufacturer or a trading company?
      A: We are a professional original VR amusement equipment factory located in Guangzhou, China. We have our own hardware production base, software R&D team, assembly workshop. No middleman, offer factory direct price.

     Q3: Do you have overseas clients and on-the-ground cases?
      A: Of course we do, and there are many of them. We have cases all over the world. Our VR equipment has been exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, with a large number of real-world on-the-ground cases.

     Q4: Does this equipment need to be installed on-site?
      A: Yes, all the parts we send are in disassembled form and need to be assembled on-site. However, you don’t need to worry too much about this. If you need it, we can send our craftsman to the site for installation and debugging!

     Q5: Do you offer on-site installation and training?
      A: We provide free remote installation and operational training. If you need us to send a technician to assemble or debug on-site, we can certainly do that, but there will be a charge for the installation labor and travel expenses.
